CITIx60 RECIPES - Paris

Local tastemakers bring you 60 recipes of the city

A perfect companion series to the CITIx60 City Guides, CITIx60 Recipes invites readers to explore the world's most vibrant cities through their kitchens! As the title suggests, each book will feature authentic recipes by local chefs, cooks, and food influencers to offer a true taste of the culture, traditions, and community that define the city. In addition to step-by-step instructions for preparing restaurant menu fare, iconic street food dishes, or home-cooked comforts, they will share personal stories/anecdotes and recommendations of their favourite eateries (displayed as map locations) - making every meal a journey into the heart of the destination.

CITIx60 Recipes will also include information on local produce, markets, and beverages, encouraging culinary adventurers to delve deeper into the flavours unique to each city. Designed for home cooks and curious foodies alike, the series echoes the spirit of the original City Guides to provide an immersive culinary experience that connects you to the soul of a city - all from the comfort of your own home. For the first book in this series, we are focusing on Paris (France).
