Experiencing Mantras - Step by Step in Practice and RitualThe second volume of the Mantrashiksa series is the comprehensive practice companion of the collection. It introduces the living world of mantras and unites recitation, breath, and voice training with a clearly structured teaching of puja. From simple preliminary exercises to complete sixteenfold offerings, it provides systematic instructions and spiritual up¿sanas for Surya, Gayatri, Ganesha, Laksmi, and Shiva, as well as numerous recitation and practice exercises with the Sanskrit alphabet, the Gayatri and Mrtyunjaya mantras.More than 120 MP3 recordings at a moderate tempo accompany the practices. With its clear layout and pleasantly large typeface, this volume is especially suited for personal study and daily practice. Together with an extensive puja glossary, it becomes a valuable manual for learning, practice, and reference - ideal both for beginners taking their first steps in recitation and ritual, and for experienced practitioners wishing to deepen and systematically expand their spiritual practice.
